We hope that the website has covered all the questions you may have but below are some  frequently asked questions and answers.

Q. Where are you based and why is your address not on the website?

A. We are based on a private estate near Malvern, Worcestershire with extensive facilities. For security and privacy we only supply the precise location details to those who have booked a course. We have direct access off the M50 motorway at J2, a nearby mainline rail station where you can be met and private landing facilities for those wishing to fly in.

Q. What is the best way to contact you?

A. Email is best and messages  are checked regularly throughout the day and answered within a few hours. Mobile phone coverage is not good on the training areas and, whilst the office is not always manned,  you can leave a message.

Q. When do courses run?

A. Courses can run throughout the year at times to suit the client. We operate mid week and at weekends. Simply contact us with a few dates and we will advise if the dates are free. The majority of courses run between 1 April  to 30 September.  Expeditions take generally take place between October and March.

One day courses run from 1000 -1500hrs.

Early booking is advised  particularly for  weekends which are very quickly booked up many months in advance.

Q. Where do courses take place?

A . All Introduction to Adventure Riding and Day 2 Courses take place at our Malvern training grounds. Follow up training  takes place at  Malvern or at our additional extensive area near Hereford. You will be advised where you course will take place.

Q. What are the group sizes?

A. We specialize in 1:1 training. The largest group we will take for training is 3. We keep groups small to ensure you get proper attention from the instructor and to ensure safety.

Q. I have no off road experience, can I do a course?

A. Yes. We are very happy to work with complete novices. We have some smaller trail bikes for complete novices or for shorter riders.

Q. I have twenty years road riding experience. Does this count?

A. All bike experience is useful but off road riding is very different and you are strongly advised to do the Introductory Course before doing any off road riding. It is better to start off with basic skills training and progress to more difficult things rather than over estimate your skill level and be moved down to a beginners course.

Q. How old do you have to be to do a course?

A. The minimum age is 17. Those wishing to use our Tiger 800XC bikes must have a full bike licence and bring it with them on the day of training.

Q. Do you teach female riders?

A. Yes, of course. Many female riders have completed our courses and we cater for both riders wishing to learn solo or as part of a group.

Q. How much does a course cost?

A. Current course prices are listed on the Courses and Fees page.

Q. Do you do gift vouchers?

A. Yes. Please contact for details.

Q. Do you supply bikes?

A. Yes, we have a range of bikes available. Many clients also like to use their own bikes. Those using our bikes are required to pay a Damage Deposit of £150-00 to cover any damage to the hire bike.

 Q. What happens if I, or my bike, encounter  problems?

 A.  Our Staff are both First Aid trained and factory technically trained. All training is escorted by a fully equipped 4x4 Support Unit .

Q. Do you supply riding gear?

A. We can hire you riding gear (helmets, boots, gloves, jackets and trousers) but the majority of clients prefer to use their own.
